Shipping & Returns

Shipping: Your order will be processed within 3-5 business days( Monday-Friday), not including weekends, holidays or holiday weekends. If you order on a Holiday weekend your order will be processed on the next NON-holiday weekday.

We DO NOT refund items based on shipping time-frames. Once your item is with the carrier we have no control of how long it takes to get to you. If you want your item sent with priority you can pay an additional fee to have it sent priority or express. Please reach out to customer service at earthremediesinfo@gmail.com.

Returns: Due to the nature of this Product, We generally don't accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

You MUST contact our customer service department to request a return. If a return is granted, packages MUST include containers (full or empty) for all products for which you wish a refund.

DAMAGED ITEMS: We are not responsible for damages to your product once it leaves our facility. If your product comes to you damaged, please reach out to your local post office and file a complaint. Then reach to us via email at earthremediesinfo@gmail.com and provide the case number and images of the damaged product. While we don't claim responsibility for the damaged item, we may REPLACE the product depending on the circumstance and verification from the post office. There will be no refunds for damaged items only replacements.

AUTOSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS: On any Auto Shipments: If you would like to cancel your auto-shipment, please email customer service at least 48 hours in advance to the date that your next auto-shipment is set to process. You can find the date on your account under subscriptions.
